All properties illustrated from 1 to 8 are very similar in design and quality but very different in price. Description - Images 1 & 2 are located in Almeria close to golf & marina with a 10 min walk to the beach. They are set in beautiful tropical landscaped surroundings with facilities such as gymnasium, underground secure parking, video on entry security, indoor jacuzzi and sauna etc. We have helped a number of clients acquire property at this development both off plan and resale. These clients have purchased for different reasons - one purely for investment which has now been sold on, the others for holiday and permanent use. Description - Images 3 & 4 are located near Estipona, about 20 min drive beyond Marbella. These apartments are very similar to 1 & 2, but the price is not. The only real difference is that these are close to the beach.
